Financial wellbeing is struggling to find its place. Indeed, the very definition is up for debate. As a consequence, it's something of a headache for HR teams. To put an end to this headache, we investigated a solution that could provide real, measurable outcomes and real benefit to an organisation's staff.
To gain greater clarity on the effect of using practical measures like payroll savings that deliver real, immediate change, we partnered with the Behavioural Insights Team, the Money and Pensions Service and FTSE-listed employer Capita.
The results are proof that it's not only possible to measure the success of a financial wellbeing campaign, but it also has far reaching financial benefits for employees.
