“Level’s integration with Rotageek allows enterprise organisations to offer shift workers access to a portion of their pay in near real-time once the shift has been worked (and the money earned), without having to wait weeks until the next pay day to access it.”

“The Behavioural Insights Team (BIT) - which uses psychological techniques known as "Nudge" theory to encourage good ‘habits’ - wants more employees to sign up to payroll saving. It is trialling an "easier-to-join" scheme on all 45,000 UK employees of consulting firm Capita, run by the tech company Level, starting later this month.”

“MoneyHelper are working with Capita and Level Financial Technology to explore how best to encourage the uptake of payroll savings by applying behavioural science to improve employee engagement. The project will also investigate different approaches to encourage payroll savers to increase saving levels.”
